Statement of Work
The terms that define each sprint engagement between you and M2C.
Effective 21 May 2026
1. Scope of engagement
M2C delivers software development in fixed one-week sprints. Each sprint is scoped from the brief you submit through the request form on this site. The agreed scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria for a sprint are confirmed with you in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is deferred to a subsequent sprint.
2. Deliverables and acceptance
At the end of each sprint M2C delivers the agreed code changes as a pull request, together with the run artifacts produced during the sprint. You have five business days to review and accept the deliverables. Deliverables are deemed accepted if no written objection is raised within that window.
3. Fees and payment
Sprint fees are charged at the rate shown on the pricing page in effect when the sprint is commissioned. Payment is collected through Stripe at sprint completion. You continue with a subsequent sprint only when satisfied with the prior result; there is no minimum commitment beyond the active sprint.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a clear brief, timely access to the repositories and accounts required for the work, and prompt review feedback. Delays in providing access or feedback may shift the delivery window of the active sprint.
5. Changes and termination
Either party may decline to commission a further sprint at any time. Termination does not affect fees due for sprints already delivered or in progress. Engagements above the contract value threshold M2C discloses in writing require a separately countersigned agreement instead of this Statement of Work.
6. Warranties and liability
M2C performs the work with professional care. Deliverables are provided without implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Aggregate liability for any sprint is limited to the fees paid for that sprint. M2C is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
This Statement of Work is read alongside the Intellectual Property terms and the Data Processing Agreement. By submitting a sprint request and confirming the engagement in writing with M2C you confirm you have read and accept all three.
